Single Purpose

Zillow Print Builder has a single purpose: to let users create a cleaner, customizable print preview from a Zillow listing page.

Information Collected

This extension handles visible Zillow listing page content only when you use the extension to build a print preview. This may include listing photos, property address, price, facts, features, description text, and other visible listing details needed to create the printable page.

The extension may also handle user-created content entered inside the extension, such as custom notes, photo captions, blank-space settings, selected photos, layout choices, text size choices, and hidden or reordered print sections.

Listing content, custom notes, photo captions, selected photos, and print-preview settings are processed locally in your browser. This information is not uploaded to the developer, sold, shared, or transferred to external servers.

The extension may store local extension settings, such as print layout preferences, selected optional sections, paid-feature display settings, and temporary print-preview state.

How Information Is Used

The extension uses Zillow listing content and user-entered content only to provide its print-builder functionality. This includes showing a clean print preview, letting you choose which photos and listing sections to include, adding captions or notes, adjusting spacing, changing section order, hiding sections, and preparing the page for printing.

The extension accesses Zillow listing pages only for the purpose of creating and customizing a printable version of the currently loaded listing.

Paid Features and Payment Processing

Zillow Print Builder uses ExtensionPay and Stripe to support paid feature access. Payment processing is handled by those services. The extension does not collect or store credit card numbers, full payment details, financial statements, credit ratings, or payment history.

The extension may check payment status through ExtensionPay to determine whether paid extras should be unlocked. Zillow listing content, custom notes, photo captions, and print-preview content are not sent to ExtensionPay, Stripe, or the developer as part of the print-building process.

Data Sharing

This extension does not sell, rent, transfer, or share Zillow listing content, custom notes, photo captions, selected photos, or print-preview content with third parties. This information remains local to your browser.

Payment-related information is handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe for checkout, purchase verification, and paid-feature access. The extension itself does not process or store full payment details.

Data Categories

This extension handles website content from Zillow listing pages when you choose to create a print preview. It may also handle user-entered notes and captions that you type into the extension.

The extension does not collect health information, personal communications, authentication information, precise location data, web browsing history, or financial records.

Data Control

You control which listing sections, photos, notes, captions, and extra elements are included in the print preview. You can hide sections, remove optional content, adjust formatting, or close the print preview without printing.

Temporary print-preview data and extension settings are stored locally in your browser. Removing the extension will remove extension data stored by the extension from your browser.

Limited Use

User data handled by Zillow Print Builder is used only for the extension’s single purpose: creating and customizing a cleaner printable version of Zillow listing pages.

The extension does not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to this single purpose. The extension does not use user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
